1. Nature du service

TSUGI est une application d'agrégation affichant des informations issues d'API tierces publiques (calendriers, annonces, fiches). Elle est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie de disponibilité ni d'exhaustivité.

2. Propriété du contenu

Les titres, visuels, jaquettes et descriptions proviennent de tiers (AniList, MangaDex, TMDB, TVMaze, etc.) et restent la propriété de leurs ayants droit respectifs. TSUGI n'héberge aucun contenu sous copyright.

3. TSUGI ne diffuse aucun média

L'application est un calendrier et un moteur de suivi. Elle ne permet pas de lire des mangas ni de visionner des animes, séries ou films : elle vous oriente vers les plateformes officielles.

4. Compte utilisateur

La création d'un compte est facultative et sert uniquement à synchroniser votre liste de suivi et à voter. Vous êtes responsable de la confidentialité de votre mot de passe et des activités réalisées depuis votre compte.

5. Abonnement Premium

Un abonnement Premium payant et facultatif peut être souscrit via Google Play Billing, directement depuis l'application. Le prix et la périodicité sont indiqués avant l'achat et varient selon votre pays. Les abonnements se renouvellent automatiquement jusqu'à résiliation, gérée depuis Google Play › Abonnements. Aucune donnée bancaire ne transite ni n'est stockée par TSUGI.

6. Droit de rétractation

La résiliation et le remboursement d'un abonnement récemment souscrit se gèrent directement depuis Google Play (Play Store › Abonnements), conformément à la politique de remboursement de Google. Vous pouvez aussi nous contacter à contact@stud-in.be. La résiliation prend effet à la fin de la période en cours.

7. Suppression de compte

Vous pouvez supprimer votre compte et l'ensemble de vos données à tout moment depuis Réglages › Compte › Supprimer le compte. Cette action est définitive.

8. Usage autorisé

Réservé à un cadre strictement personnel. Toute extraction automatisée intensive, surcharge des API ou tentative de contournement de la sécurité entraînera une suspension immédiate.

9. Fonction de vérification par IA

Le mode Fact-Check s'appuie sur une recherche web (Tavily) et des moteurs d'IA (Groq, OpenRouter). Les résultats sont fournis à titre purement informatif et peuvent comporter des erreurs. Ne saisissez aucune donnée personnelle sensible.

10. Fiabilité des informations

Les comptes à rebours, dates et notes sont indicatifs et dépendent des API tierces ; ils peuvent changer sans préavis. TSUGI ne saurait être tenu responsable d'un retard ou d'une inexactitude.

11. Modification du service

Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier, suspendre ou interrompre tout ou partie du service sans préavis.

12. Propriété intellectuelle de l'application

Le code source, le logo et les designs créés pour TSUGI sont notre propriété et protégés par les lois en vigueur.

13. Frais réseau

Les données consommées par l'application sont à la charge de l'utilisateur auprès de son opérateur.

14. Droit applicable

Les présentes conditions sont régies par le droit applicable ; tout litige sera porté devant les juridictions compétentes.

15. Acceptation

En utilisant TSUGI, vous acceptez les présentes conditions ainsi que la Politique de confidentialité.

1. Nature of the service

TSUGI is an aggregation app displaying information from public third-party APIs (schedules, announcements, sheets). It is provided "as is", with no guarantee of availability or completeness.

2. Content ownership

Titles, artwork, covers and descriptions come from third parties (AniList, MangaDex, TMDB, TVMaze, etc.) and remain the property of their respective rights holders. TSUGI hosts no copyrighted content.

3. TSUGI streams no media

The app is a calendar and tracking engine. It does not let you read manga or watch anime, series or movies: it points you to the official platforms.

4. User account

Creating an account is optional and only serves to sync your watchlist and to vote. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity carried out from your account.

5. Premium subscription

An optional paid Premium subscription may be purchased through Google Play Billing, directly from the app. Price and billing period are shown before purchase and vary by country. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from Google Play › Subscriptions. No banking data passes through or is stored by TSUGI.

6. Right of withdrawal

Cancellation and refunds for a recently purchased subscription are handled directly from Google Play (Play Store › Subscriptions), in accordance with Google's refund policy. You can also contact us at contact@stud-in.be. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.

7. Account deletion

You can delete your account and all your data at any time from Settings › Account › Delete account. This action is permanent.

8. Permitted use

Strictly personal use only. Any intensive automated scraping, API overloading or attempt to bypass security will result in immediate suspension.

9. AI fact-checking feature

The Fact-Check mode relies on a web search (Tavily) and AI engines (Groq, OpenRouter). Results are purely informational and may contain errors. Do not enter sensitive personal data.

10. Reliability of information

Countdowns, dates and scores are indicative and depend on third-party APIs; they may change without notice. TSUGI cannot be held liable for any delay or inaccuracy.

11. Service changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service without notice.

12. App intellectual property

The source code, logo and designs created for TSUGI are our property and protected by applicable laws.

13. Network costs

Data consumed by the app is the user's responsibility with their carrier.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law; any dispute will be brought before the competent courts.

15. Acceptance

By using TSUGI, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Gebruiksvoorwaarden

1. Aard van de dienst

TSUGI is een aggregatie-app die informatie toont uit openbare API's van derden (schema's, aankondigingen, fiches). De app wordt "as is" geleverd, zonder garantie op beschikbaarheid of volledigheid.

2. Eigendom van content

Titels, beeldmateriaal, covers en beschrijvingen komen van derden (AniList, MangaDex, TMDB, TVMaze, enz.) en blijven eigendom van de respectieve rechthebbenden. TSUGI host geen auteursrechtelijk beschermde content.

3. TSUGI streamt geen media

De app is een kalender en volgtool. Je kunt er geen manga lezen of anime, series of films kijken: de app verwijst je naar de officiële platforms.

4. Gebruikersaccount

Een account aanmaken is optioneel en dient enkel om je volglijst te synchroniseren en te stemmen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de vertrouwelijkheid van je wachtwoord en de activiteit vanaf je account.

5. Premium-abonnement

Een optioneel betaald Premium-abonnement kan rechtstreeks in de app worden afgesloten via Google Play Billing. Prijs en factuurperiode worden vóór aankoop getoond en verschillen per land. Abonnementen verlengen automatisch tot opzegging via Google Play › Abonnementen. Er passeren of worden geen bankgegevens opgeslagen door TSUGI.

6. Herroepingsrecht

Opzegging en terugbetaling van een recent afgesloten abonnement verloopt rechtstreeks via Google Play (Play Store › Abonnementen), conform het terugbetalingsbeleid van Google. Je kunt ons ook bereiken via contact@stud-in.be. Opzegging gaat in aan het einde van de lopende periode.

7. Account verwijderen

Je kunt je account en al je gegevens op elk moment verwijderen via Instellingen › Account › Account verwijderen. Deze actie is definitief.

8. Toegestaan gebruik

Uitsluitend voor strikt persoonlijk gebruik. Intensief geautomatiseerd scrapen, overbelasting van de API's of pogingen om de beveiliging te omzeilen leiden tot onmiddellijke opschorting.

9. AI-factcheckfunctie

De Fact-Check-modus steunt op een webzoekopdracht (Tavily) en AI-engines (Groq, OpenRouter). Resultaten zijn puur informatief en kunnen fouten bevatten. Voer geen gevoelige persoonsgegevens in.

10. Betrouwbaarheid van informatie

Aftellers, data en scores zijn indicatief en afhankelijk van API's van derden; ze kunnen zonder kennisgeving wijzigen. TSUGI is niet aansprakelijk voor vertragingen of onnauwkeurigheden.

11. Wijziging van de dienst

Wij behouden het recht de dienst geheel of gedeeltelijk te wijzigen, op te schorten of te beëindigen zonder kennisgeving.

12. Intellectueel eigendom van de app

De broncode, het logo en de ontwerpen die voor TSUGI zijn gemaakt, zijn onze eigendom en beschermd door de geldende wetgeving.

13. Netwerkkosten

Het dataverbruik van de app komt voor rekening van de gebruiker bij zijn provider.

14. Toepasselijk recht

Deze voorwaarden vallen onder het toepasselijke recht; elk geschil wordt voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechtbanken.

15. Aanvaarding

Door TSUGI te gebruiken aanvaard je deze voorwaarden en het Privacybeleid.
